The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Field Sales Executive to join our team in Mansfield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including independent retailers and wholesalers, to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and meet customer needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer advocacy for our brands.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and drive business growth.

Experience & Essential Skills

  • Relevant sales experience, preferably in a field sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
