The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Field Sales Executive to join our team in Mansfield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Accountabilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including independent retailers and wholesalers, to drive sales growth and market share.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and meet customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer advocacy for our brands.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and drive business growth.
Experience & Essential Skills
- Relevant sales experience, preferably in a field sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
