About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Revenue Director to drive business growth and expansion for Home Recruitment Ltd.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our sales efforts and contribute to the success of our clients across various key sectors, including local authorities, residential properties, hotels, retail, NHS Trust sites, and universities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a Strategic Sales Plan:
- Identify Potential Clients: Position our solutions as market leaders across key sectors.
- Manage the Sales Process: From lead generation to contract signing, adopting a consultative approach to meet client needs.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Exceed revenue growth goals, contributing to our expansion objectives.
- Stay Informed: Industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in technology.
- Collaborate with Teams: Ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
- Provide Regular Forecasts: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Demonstrable experience in a sales role.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Skilled in closing deals via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building strong client relationships.
- Analytical thinking and strategic planning.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and exceling in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a full UK driving licence.
£45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
