Sales Development Representative

**Sales Executive Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Sammons Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue from local businesses, with opportunities for creativity and professional growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Win new business and maintain/develop existing relationships
- Make quality sales calls and schedule face-to-face meetings
- Build relationships with Marketing Managers and local business owners
- Actively participate in sales meetings and team activities
- Ensure smooth collaboration with internal departments and adhere to administrative procedures
- Represent the company professionally
Requirements:
- Highly motivated, proactive, and sales-driven
- Strong communication skills (telephone and face-to-face)
- Interest in media, marketing, and communications
- Confident, personable, and organised
- Able to excel in both generating new business opportunities and effectively managing client accounts.
- Sales experience preferred but not essential
