**Sales Executive Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Sammons Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue from local businesses, with opportunities for creativity and professional growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Win new business and maintain/develop existing relationships
  • Make quality sales calls and schedule face-to-face meetings
  • Build relationships with Marketing Managers and local business owners
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and team activities
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with internal departments and adhere to administrative procedures
  • Represent the company professionally

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and sales-driven
  • Strong communication skills (telephone and face-to-face)
  • Interest in media, marketing, and communications
  • Confident, personable, and organised
  • Able to excel in both generating new business opportunities and effectively managing client accounts.
  • Sales experience preferred but not essential
