Head of Sales Development

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Sales Development to join our team at TRS Staffing Solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales strategy and driving business growth in the European market, particularly in Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, Amsterdam, and Poland.
This is a leadership role that requires strong background experience in sales of Advanced Technologies & Life Sciences.
The position is based in Hampshire, one of our main execution centers undertaking projects across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
As a seasoned professional, you will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth in the European market.
- Managing key accounts and implementing account management processes across various business groups or industry lines.
- Developing and maintaining key account plans, monitoring data quality, and ensuring timely information in Connect to Win (CTW).
- Working closely with corporate executive sponsors to maintain and develop senior executive contacts.
- Providing continuous updates to Group leadership on accounting activities and needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of the European market and life sciences industry.
A minimum of 15 years of business development experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field are required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and German-speaking candidates are preferred.
We offer a competitive salary package of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional development.
