Account Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager in the South of England.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with travel agencies, driving revenue growth, and enhancing product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Fostering strong relationships with travel agents and head office teams
- Delivering engaging training sessions, roadshows, and familiarisation trips
- Analysing sales data to identify growth opportunities and market trends
- Gathering market intelligence and competitor insights to inform business strategy
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery
- Driving business development initiatives across your designated territory
