Job Description

We are seeking a Global Marketing Leader to drive our commercial function and lead the marketing initiatives. As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing strategies that drive growth, expand market presence, and enhance customer engagement.

You will work closely with senior leadership to identify new opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and position us as a leader in high-performance engineering solutions.

A competitive salary package is on offer, including a base salary of $160,000 per annum, plus bonuses and benefits.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role, ideally within the engineering, defence, marine, or related sectors. You will be experienced in negotiating commercial contract terms on long-term, complex projects and have significant experience building high-performing teams.
