About the Role

We are a leading staffing solutions company, TRS Staffing Solutions, seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our European sales operations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across Europe
  • Manage key accounts and implement account management processes
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study
  • Fifteen years of business development experience, preferably in the life sciences or advanced technology industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Europe

Estimated Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum
