Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Performance Director to join our team at the British Heart Foundation. As a leader in our community-based fashion store teams, you will drive sales growth, achieve store targets, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience in our stores
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve profitability
• Analyse sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver results
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
