The role of Sales Executive presents an exciting opportunity to work with our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with customers to achieve their buying goals.

About the Role:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in purchasing one of our luxury apartments.
  • Your core responsibilities will include proactively contacting customers, providing expert advice on our properties, and ensuring seamless sales processes from initial enquiry to move-in day.
  • You will work closely with our marketing, customer relations, and construction teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in new homes sales or a related field is highly desirable.
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential for visiting customers off-site.
  • You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive, and have a strong ability to build rapport with customers.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus commission.
