About the Position
Zellis is seeking an experienced ZELLIS CLIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER to lead the development and execution of customer experience initiatives.
As a Client Experience Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer-centricity across the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
A successful Client Experience Manager will have excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive change and improvement within a fast-paced environment.
We estimate this role comes with an annual salary of £65,000 - £85,000 depending on experience.
