**THE ROLE**

Ensuring that all aspects of clients’ itineraries are managed to perfection, you will confirm bespoke
arrangements with the world’s leading travel suppliers.
You will help to ensure our clients receive a truly exceptional travel experience by helping to deliver
elevated touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
Delivering accurate and appealing client documentation, you will ensure that clients are fully
prepared for their trip, while also building their anticipation and excitement.
A strong team player, this role requires flexibility to juggle varying workloads and deadlines in order
to meet business service level agreements.
This is a luxury travel role like no other.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist Reservations in producing quotes for client enquiries
- Manage all aspects of confirmed bookings by reserving/amending flight, hotel and transport
arrangements
- Liaise with worldwide suppliers, accurately verifying and logging arrangements
- Meet target turnaround times on processing bookings and document dispatch
- Create accurate documentation to inform and inspire clients
- Reconfirm special requests and services with suppliers
- Promote and arrange concierge services before clients travel
- Communicate effectively with travel agents, clients and internal teams to advise on the
status of bookings
- Reconcile supplier invoices against confirmed arrangements
- Support colleagues to ensure that the team’s workload is effectively managed and goals are
achieved
- Produce reports on client departures and arrivals
- Proactively resolve customer/supplier queries

- Confident working under pressure, self-assured
- Strong multitasker, able to prioritise and manage varying workloads
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate with
High-Net-Worth agents / clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Desirable: knowledge of our tour operator reservations systems Dolphin & Galileo GDS
**PACKAGE**
- Excellent base salary
- 23 days annual leave (increasing to 27 with length of service)
