We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Experience Lead to join our Global Payments and Treasury Services Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom. HYBRID
**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
Develop and implement customer experience strategies and initiatives.
Analyse client feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensuring consistent and positive customer interactions across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred but not necessary.
Excellent communication skills - you have strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical skills - ability to analyse data to derive meaningful insights and make data driven decisions to enhance the client experience.
Leadership capabilities - essential to lead the various global teams to deliver positive outcomes for clients.
