About the Role
At Zellis, we are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUCCESS ADVOCATE to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the ongoing success and health of our customers.
As a Customer Success Advocate, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive long-term value for our clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and implement strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners.
We estimate this role comes with an annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.
