Job Title: Head of Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our FMCG and consumer product sectors, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team and key grocery customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build excellent relationships to drive category growth across the U.K. & I retail.
  • Develop & drive your channel & account strategies. Delivering the budgeted P&L for your customer base.
  • Win key new business & listings targets across the market.
  • Best in class account management of existing customers.
  • Build & lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Full commercial responsibility for your accounts including forecasting, P&L and development and execution of JBP to achieve targets.
  • Working cross functionally with the other business functions.

Requirements:

  • Clear experience managing both a team and UK retail customers.
  • Hunger to progress, learn, cultivate and build a winning team.
  • Fully P&L responsible, experienced with complex JBP negotiations.
