Medical Sales Opportunity

Progress Sales Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Medical Sales Manager to lead our UK sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and development across the Acute and CCG market, with a strong focus on the NHS, Private Medical Market, and Business to Business sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and improve medical sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS and Private Medical Market clients.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership within the medical sector.
  • Pedigree in ensuring sales teams meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong leadership style underpinned by ethics and passion for the medical market.
  • Strong business planning and organisational skills.

Desirable:

  • Relevant product experience - Operating theatre solutions / orthopaedics, Advanced Wound Care, Theatre Supplies, Surgical Solutions and Patient Hygiene.
  • Experience selling to / leading teams in hospital, CCG and Business to Business sales.
