Sales Professional Wanted

The Advocate Group is seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Aerospace Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the alcohol industry, particularly in spirits sales.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a sales manager, you will be responsible for driving off-trade and export sales, securing new business opportunities, and expanding distribution networks. You will lead new business development across UK retail and European export markets, strengthen the brand's presence in the UK's off-trade sector, and identify creative opportunities to boost brand visibility.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have self-motivation, independence, and a passion for building long-lasting partnerships. A hands-on approach and enthusiasm for brand-building and developing growth strategies are essential. We require candidates with proven experience in alcohol sales, particularly in the spirits sector.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth

* Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners

* Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure them
