Broker Network Expansion Specialist

Our client is a multi-functional general insurance business that holds Lloyds Coverholder and Broker status. They offer specialist products across commercial and personal lines insurance and work closely with a network of partners to design bespoke covers and support risk placement and account servicing.
About The PositionThis Commercial Lines Distribution Manager role is a key part of their strategic growth plan, and we are looking for an experienced professional to manage broker partnerships, build pipelines, and drive growth. As a member of their strategic growth team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including new business underwriters, Account Executives, and Senior Managers.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in broker network management and growth, with excellent communication and business development skills. This role offers a competitive salary package of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
