Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Network Expansion Manager to join our team at Kion Group AG. This is a unique opportunity to develop and expand our sales network in the Value segment of the fork truck industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and technical expertise in fork trucks or similar equipment. They will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new dealers to expand our market coverage. The successful candidate will also track and analyze sales performance metrics for dealers, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Sales Network Expansion Manager will provide training and support to dealers on our products, features, and specifications. They will also coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit new dealers to expand our sales network
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
  • Provide training and support to dealers on our products and specifications
  • Coordinate company resources to meet partner performance objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing and expanding sales networks
  • Strong sales and technical background in fork trucks or similar equipment
  • Excellent understanding of the Value segment within the fork truck industry
  • Commercial excellence with advanced understanding of business levers (Finance, Residual Value, Maintenance)
