About the Role

As a Sales Manager at Safestyle, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement sales plans that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  3. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales plans that meet our business objectives.
  4. Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
