Strategic Infrastructure Development Manager

We have delivered significant infrastructure projects at a national scale, including the development consent order for the Cottam Solar Farm, the largest consented solar farm in the UK.
Lanpro seeks new driven team members to drive growth and deliver excellence in supporting clients on new infrastructure projects.
As a Senior Planner, you will be the key point of contact for clients, delivering planning advice on planning and Development Consent Orders (DCO) among other major infrastructure projects.
The Role- Deliver hands-on support on DCO applications from inception through to Examination stage.
- Assist on projects delivered through the TCPA regime.
You will work with an established team of planning and infrastructure specialists on a range of exciting projects, including renewable energy generation and other sectors.
Ideal Candidate- Completed RTPI qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working on Development Consent Orders desirable.
- Worked on infrastructure projects during their career.
- Good understanding of the UK Planning systems and potential upcoming changes.
- Keen interest in working on DCO and large-scale infrastructure projects.

We estimate the salary for this role to be £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
