About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Pavement Engineer to join our team in the East region. The successful candidate will lead in the development and delivery of pavement renewal schemes, ensuring that the strategic road network safely meets customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the activities and resources involved in identifying and developing early solutions for pavement assets.
  • Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to coordinate works across the region.
  • Provide technical support and ensure adherence to asset class strategies, policies, and standards.

Requirements: A Chartered or Incorporated Engineer with expertise in asset management, highway infrastructure design, and construction delivery methods. Strong knowledge of DMRB standards and CDM 2015 is essential.

Salary: £44,260 - £49,630 per annum, depending on experience.
