Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adults Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling adults with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their full potential.
About the Role:You will be working with individuals who have autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide therapeutic care and support, observing and monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for helping residents progress through a care pathway to live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities
- Observe and monitor patient conditions, maintaining accurate records
- Help residents progress through a care pathway to live independently
- Work collaboratively with a team of multi-professionals to achieve positive outcomes
- At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting
- Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
- Ability to work with individuals with complex needs
- Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- The right to work in the UK
