Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Porth, providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities.
About the Role:As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to live independently and achieve their goals. You will work closely with a team of multi-professionals to provide therapeutic care and support, observing and monitoring patient conditions, and keeping accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care and support to adults with learning disabilities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Support individuals to develop life skills and achieve their goals
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
- At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting
- Empathetic and caring nature, with a desire to create positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
- The right to work in the UK
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.38 (including holiday pay)
