Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Porth. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling adults with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.
About the Role:- Provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
- Assist residents in their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-professional team to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting.
- Empathetic and caring nature, with a strong desire to create positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities.
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.38 (including holiday pay).
