Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adults Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling adults with learning disabilities to lead independent lives.
About the Role:You will provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. This will involve observing, monitoring, and recording patient conditions, treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty. You will also assist with their progression through a care pathway to live as independently as possible.
Requirements:- A desire to create positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities
- Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
- At least 6 months of experience working within a social care setting
- TMVA training (if not already completed)
- Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- The right to work in the UK
- Excellent rates of pay, weekly pay, and no payroll charges
