Therapy Support Worker

Main Duties- Support patients with physical disabilities with mobility and exercises, activities of daily living, and provision of equipment to facilitate independence and reduce risks.
- Complete falls prevention interventions where indicated, working closely with registered professionals to carry out assessments, treatments, and identify risks.
- Travel independently around the county, meeting strict time deadlines, and hold a full UK driving licence and have use of a vehicle.
We deliver a range of NHS services, including children, adult, and older people's mental and physical health, forensic and specialist mental health, learning disabilities, primary care, and liaison psychiatry. Our clinical teams work in inpatient and primary care settings, as well as in the community.
