Therapy Support Worker

Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is committed to delivering high-quality care with compassion to improve the health and wellbeing of the people we care for. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Therapy Support Worker to join our St Ives Neighbourhood Team.
Main Duties- Support patients with physical disabilities in their homes, providing rehabilitation, housing adaptations, and moving and handling assistance.
- Work alongside physiotherapists and occupational therapists to deliver therapy services, including mobility and exercise support, activities of daily living, and equipment provision.
- Conduct assessments, treatments, and identify risks while working in the community, supported by a registered professional.
- Travel independently around the county, meeting strict time deadlines, and hold a full UK driving licence.
