Job Summary

1st Choice is seeking an Office Assistant to provide administrative support for the Center for Orientation, Retention, and Exploration. The successful candidate will provide exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Center for Orientation, Retention, and Exploration
  • Manage schedules, organize documents, and maintain office files
  • Assist with supervision of student workers and maintain schedules/bookings for orientation registrations, conference rooms, and professional staff
  • Account for and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Experience in office management or administrative support role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Working Hours

M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
