Administrative Support Specialist

1st Choice is currently seeking an Office Assistant for our client in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support for the Center for Orientation, Retention, and Exploration.
- Manage schedules and organize documents.
- Assist with supervision of student workers.
- Maintain office files and inventory.
- Account for and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma Required.
- Experience in office management or administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication/Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Hours: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
