1st Choice is currently seeking an Office Assistant for our client in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support for the Center for Orientation, Retention, and Exploration.
  • Manage schedules and organize documents.
  • Assist with supervision of student workers.
  • Maintain office files and inventory.
  • Account for and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Experience in office management or administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Hours: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
