About the Job:

As an Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager at Verto People, you will be responsible for driving business development and managing key accounts for HVAC products.

You will operate remotely, covering the Midlands and north west region with a focus on growing HVAC product sales through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role within the HVAC, Industrial Refrigeration or Air Conditioning industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC products and solutions, including chillers, air conditioning, heat pumps and air handling units.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Full clean driving license required.
What We Offer:

£50,000-£60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Bonus scheme available.

Company vehicle or car allowance provided.

Pension contribution made by the company.

25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
