About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development and management of key accounts for a range of HVAC products across the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration markets for chillers, heat pump products, and solutions into end-user channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow HVAC product sales through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations to achieve targets.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Sales Director to offer technical expertise, implement sales strategies to customers.
  • Collaborate with the projects and applications team to ensure technical HVAC solutions match with bespoke client expectation.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar role within the HVAC, Industrial Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning industry.
  • A technical qualification such as Apprentice-trained, HNC, HND, or Degree would be advantageous.
  • Experience selling heat pumps, chillers, fan coils, and Air Handling Units (AHUs) or similar would be desired.
  • Selling and managing key accounts for HVAC or Air Conditioning systems, Air Conditioning solutions, Industrial Refrigeration, Heat Pumps, or similar HVAC-related products.
Salary and Benefits
  • £50,000-£60,000 per annum depending on experience.
