HVAC Sales and Marketing Executive

As an HVAC Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Midlands and North West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
- Operate remotely to cover the designated area, focusing on driving business development and management of key accounts for HVAC products including Chillers, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, and more.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales leadership or business development with a strong understanding of HVAC products and markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
Compensation Package:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits package including bonuses, pension scheme, and opportunities for career advancement.
