Job Description:
As an HVAC Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Midlands and North West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
  3. Operate remotely to cover the designated area, focusing on driving business development and management of key accounts for HVAC products including Chillers, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, and more.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales leadership or business development with a strong understanding of HVAC products and markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Compensation Package:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits package including bonuses, pension scheme, and opportunities for career advancement.
