Job Summary

We seek a Strategic Business Development Manager to enhance our sales presence in the Midlands and South West regions for Technical Recruitment Solutions Ltd.

This exciting opportunity demands a professional with extensive technical sales experience, preferably within the HVAC sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with contractors, consultants, specifiers, and end-users.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships across the Midlands and down to Bristol.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Offer technical guidance on project specifications for commercial and industrial projects.
  • Cultivate partnerships with pre-sales support teams for complex requirements.
  • Lead regional sales efforts and monitor performance metrics.
Essential Requirements
  • Technical sales background in HVAC.
  • Established network within the HVAC industry.
  • Based in the Midlands or South West.
Remuneration and Benefits
  • Annual Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (inclusive of performance-related bonus).
  • Monthly Car Allowance: £450.
  • Employer-Matched Pension: 6%.
  • Bonus: approximately £10,000.
  • Private Health Insurance: comprehensive coverage.
  • Holiday Time: 25 days + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days.
  • Daily Exercise Allowance: £25.
  • Life Assurance: included.

Total Annual Compensation: £60,000 - £70,000 (bonus included).
