Circet UK is seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to manage workflows, survey and programme work streams, and organise staff to carry out required works efficiently.

Project Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from allocation to closure, ensuring quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Address non-conformance and non-compliance early to minimise cost impact.

Team Leadership

  • Coach and mentor field operatives to improve quality and compliance to NRSWA 1991, TMA 2004, and safety standards.
  • Provide updates and reports to the Works Control and Noticing departments.

Site Safety and Compliance

  • Carry out in-progress audits and coach sub-contractors on site to identify and implement innovations that improve site safety.
  • Identify and prepare submissions for DFEs (Design for Excellence) as required.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Experience and strong understanding of the SROH (Street Works Regulations Order 1991).
  • NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor level.
  • Strategic and Commercial Awareness: understand business impact of decisions and operational requests.
  • IOSH desirable.
