Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Civils Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civils Supervisor to join our team at GCU UK Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and managing in-house and subcontractor teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all construction activities, focusing on quality and safety
  • Ensure adequate resources and conduct random Health & Safety audits
  • Supervise in-house and subcontractor teams, maintaining accurate production records and progress reports
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • NRSWA accreditation or CSCS Supervisors card
  • BT/Openreach accreditations (desirable)
  • Strong team management skills and a valid UK driving licence
