Key Responsibilities:

As a Civils Supervisor with GCU UK Ltd, you will oversee all construction activities with a focus on quality and safety, ensuring adequate resources, conducting random Health & Safety audits, and supervising in-house and subcontractor teams. You will also maintain accurate production records and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • NRSWA accreditation or CSCS Supervisors card
  • BT/Openreach accreditations (ideally)
  • Strong team management skills
  • Valid UK driving licence
