Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Senior Private Client Solicitor to join our thriving team as the Head of Private Client. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our Private Client department.
About the Role:
- As the Head of Private Client, you will be responsible for leading a team of fee earners and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
- You will work closely with clients to build relationships of trust and mutual respect, and will be responsible for overseeing a dynamic case load of Private Client work, including Wills, Probate, and Estates.
- With a strong focus on business development and growth, you will be expected to identify opportunities to expand our Private Client services and contribute to the firm's overall success.
Requirements:
- Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive/FCILEx with upwards of 7 years PQE, ideally with managerial experience.
- A client following or contacts in the Sussex area would be advantageous, although not essential.
- You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate, alongside an excellent benefits package.
- Hybrid working arrangements will be available, with the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days per week.
