Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join our thriving team as the Head of Private Client. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for leading a team of fee earners and support staff, while also managing a dynamic caseload of Private Client work, including Wills, Probate, and Estates.
About the Role
- Lead a team of 5 fee earners and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
- Manage a caseload of Private Client work, including Wills, Probate, and Estates, and work closely with clients to build relationships of trust and mutual respect.
- Oversee the growth and development of the Private Client department, identifying opportunities for business development and expansion.
- Work closely with the firm's management team to develop and implement strategies for the growth and success of the Private Client department.

Requirements
- Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive/FCILEx with upwards of 7 years PQE, ideally with managerial experience.
- A client following or contacts in the Sussex area would be advantageous, although not essential.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
