Birmingham Children's Trust Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Domestic Violence Expert. In this role, you will work closely with professionals within Birmingham Children's Trust to provide training and support on domestic violence and abuse.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of women and children affected by domestic violence and abuse. You will provide information, support, and signposting for women disclosing experiences of domestic violence/abuse, and help build understanding of safe and appropriate interventions with women and children.
With your expertise around domestic violence and abuse, you will provide training and support to professionals, and contribute to improving practice and building understanding of safe and appropriate interventions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £32,500 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
