Family Wellbeing Worker

This role is focused on providing direct support to children and families with diverse needs, particularly in the area of parenting programs for children aged 0-5. The successful candidate will have a genuine drive and passion for supporting families facing challenges and adversity.
We are seeking a part-time Family Wellbeing worker to join our team based in Charnwood locality. This role requires a DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or substantial experience in providing direct support to families. They will also have experience working with children, young people, and/or families, as well as knowledge of child development and Early Years Foundation Stage.
