Residential Childcare Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker to join our team in the Northeast region.

This is a full-time position requiring a driving licence and access to a vehicle, with the willingness to obtain business insurance.

A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent is desirable, but not essential for candidates with relevant life experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a safe and nurturing environment.

This role involves supporting young people in their day-to-day lives, helping with everyday needs and activities, and providing life skills and positive experiences.

The home is Ofsted registered, and you will work closely with the team to ensure compliance with regulations.

This is a 2-week rolling rota, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.

The estimated salary for this position is £24,120 - £25,420 per annum.
