About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Family Wellbeing worker to join our team in Charnwood locality. This role involves providing direct support to children and families with diverse needs, particularly in the area of parenting programs for children aged 0-5.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or substantial experience in providing direct support to families. They will also have experience working with children, young people, and/or families, as well as knowledge of child development and Early Years Foundation Stage.
