About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and families in need. As a Family Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing support to at-risk children and young people.

You will work closely with other professionals to ensure that children receive the best possible care and support. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to empower children and families to take control of their own lives.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with experience working with vulnerable populations. If you have a strong understanding of child welfare principles and a passion for family support, we encourage you to apply.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on 40 hours per week.
