Job Description:

The Head of Business will oversee the entire dealership operation, including Sales, Aftersales, and Parts departments. The successful candidate will develop and execute the dealership's operational strategy, drive business growth, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the dealership's operational strategy, aligning with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams across Sales, Aftersales, and Parts, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Establish clear departmental objectives and KPIs, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting of progress.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to optimise revenue and market share.

Salary: £90,000 - £115,000 basic salary, plus £125,000+ OTE bonus package.
