Head of Sales Operations

We are seeking a Head of Sales Operations to join our dynamic team at the Intellect Group.
About the Job- As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- You will work closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to align on strategies, leverage market insights, and optimise lead generation.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
- Monitor industry trends to stay ahead in a competitive market.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in delegate sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
The salary for this position is approximately £70,000 - £80,000 basic, with an OTE of £100,000 - £130,000. The Intellect Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, including flexibility, private medical insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
