Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, resolving complex customer issues, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of progressive customer service experience.
  • High school graduate or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation a plus.
