About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join our Endoscopy team within Ysbyty Gwynedd.

The post holder will provide and deliver an accurate and prompt administrative function to facilitate the delivery of an efficient and effective theatre booking service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage their own workload with minimal supervision and in accordance with Endoscopy operational procedures, protocols and BCUHB policies.
  2. Plan, prioritise and when necessary re-prioritise their own workload to ensure agreed timescales are achieved.
  3. Ensure that theatre sessions are fully booked in line with agreed theatre timings and booking rules and that this is reflected on the live theatre view on WPAS.
