Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Ward Clerk to provide administrative support to our Ward team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a comprehensive clerical service and administration support to the Ward.
  • Ensure the speedy admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
  • Manage complex timetables of activities, book training, and order supplies through NHS systems.
  • Support Ward Managers in providing an efficient clerical service across the wards.

About the Role: As a Ward Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Ward team. You will work closely with Ward Managers to ensure the efficient operation of the Ward and provide a high level of customer service to patients and staff.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to equality and diversity.
