As an Enterprise Account Executive at Salesforce, you will be responsible for engaging with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. Your goal will be to build strong, trusted relationships with key team members and C-suite decision makers within your assigned territory, and help customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain key customer stakeholder relationships to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for assigned accounts, aligned with customer business objectives.
- Lead the sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources, including Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners.
- Identify and research new territory opportunities, and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
- Share the Salesforce value proposition with existing and new customers.
- Drive growth within assigned accounts.
- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
- Account planning strategies to retain and grow ACV with existing accounts, focusing on upsell and cross-sell.
- Research and discovery to uncover customers' current processes, business objectives, and strategic goals.
- Solutioning to identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs.
- Customer communication to interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
- Resource application to continuously run toward results using available resources and tools.
- Team selling to align with the full capacities of the account team and partners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales methodology education.
- Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota.
- Ability to work with multiple internal teams to align with account objectives.
