Permanent Role, Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective membership engagement strategies to drive growth and retention.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director and Account Manager to prioritize targets and achieve sales goals.
- Prepare and send targeted letters and email approaches to secure sales meetings with C-suite individuals.
- Conduct research on corporate websites, industry reports, and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Manage and maintain accurate CRM data to inform business decisions.
- Assist with the management of a sales pipeline and provide support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in membership engagement, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and membership organizations is desirable.
